Credit Application Authorization & Consent

By submitting this application and electronically signing in the application form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Accuracy of Information

I certify that all information and documents provided by me are true, accurate, current, and complete.

I understand that inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of financing, changes to financing terms, delays, or cancellation of a transaction.

Authorization to Collect, Process and Verify Information

I authorize V Cars LLC, doing business as v_cars_usa, to collect, store, use, process, and verify the personal and financial information I provide in connection with my request for vehicle sourcing, purchasing, leasing, financing, or related services.

This may include my identification information, Social Security number, driver’s license, residential information, employment and income information, financial information, uploaded documents, and other information reasonably necessary to process my request.

Authorization to Share Information

I authorize v_cars_usa to disclose and transmit information reasonably necessary to process my request to one or more authorized automobile dealers, banks, credit unions, lenders, finance companies, financing platforms, verification providers, and other parties directly involved in the requested vehicle or financing transaction.

I understand that my application may be submitted to multiple financing sources in order to determine available financing options.

My sensitive application information will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Credit Authorization

For the vehicle-financing request initiated by me, I authorize v_cars_usa and/or authorized dealers, banks, credit unions, lenders, finance companies, and financing partners, as applicable and permitted by law, to obtain, review, use, or facilitate the obtaining of my consumer credit report, credit score, and related credit information.

I understand that this may involve a soft or hard credit inquiry, depending on the financing source and stage of the application, and that a hard inquiry may affect my credit score.

Federal law requires a permissible purpose to obtain a consumer report; a credit transaction initiated by the consumer and written instructions from the consumer are among the recognized grounds under the FCRA.

Role of v_cars_usa

I understand that v_cars_usa provides automotive brokerage, vehicle-sourcing, and financing-assistance services and may act as an intermediary between me and independent automobile dealers and financing sources.

v_cars_usa is not the lender making the loan and does not make the final underwriting or credit approval decision.

Final approval, interest rate, down payment, payment amount, loan term, and other financing conditions are determined by the applicable financing source.

Submitting an application does not guarantee financing approval or any specific financing terms.

Privacy and Communications

I acknowledge that I have been provided access to the v_cars_usa Privacy Policy and understand how my personal and financial information may be collected, used, protected, retained, and shared.

I authorize v_cars_usa to contact me by phone, text message, or email regarding my application, requested vehicle, documentation, financing process, transaction status, and related customer-service matters.

This authorization does not constitute consent to unrelated promotional marketing where separate consent is required by law.

Electronic Signature

By checking the required consent boxes, entering my full legal name, and clicking “Submit Application,” I confirm that I have read and understand this Authorization, voluntarily agree to its terms, and authorize the collection, processing, verification, and disclosure of my information as described above.

I intend my typed full legal name to serve as my electronic signature.

Electronic signatures are recognized under Florida law and generally may have the same force and effect as written signatures.
